As interest in the Great Pyramid deepened, so did the speculation about its missing components. While other pyramids retained their pointed summits, the Great Pyramid's flat top has prompted theories of an extravagant, possibly gilded capstone that may have been removed long ago. In previous discussions, it has been proposed that Khufu's pyramid likely featured a smaller, more modest pyramidal structure than the extravagant theories suggest. Furthermore, the question arises: why is so much of the summit missing when other pyramids have remained relatively intact?
