One notable aspect of my time behind the wheel involves recuperation power, peaking impressively at 607 kW during descents. Unlike traditional trucks that operate through multi-speed transmissions, my electric truck uses a single-speed system. This design yields an incredibly smooth drive, permitting effortless hill climbs while posing some unique challenges regarding recuperation at various speeds.

Although some days are less crowded, it was clear that the design of these charging facilities could significantly improve for the sake of truck drivers.
