Part 2/9:
Dan Tapiero’s journey into finance has been anything but linear. Beginning in the early '90s at Tiger Management in the global macro group, he honed his skills in macroeconomic research for over two decades. He later became a notable figure in the hedging business, working with prominent names like Michael Steinhardt and Stanley Druckenmiller. With a career definition focused on anticipating structural changes in global markets, Tapiero eventually pivoted towards the digital asset space, particularly after the 2008 financial crisis, when he recognized the potential of gold as a safeguard against fiat currency debasement.
