PwC’s Career Preview program, a three-day summer seminar held in Orlando, has laid out specific criteria that exclude white and Asian students from applying. The eligibility criteria dictate that applicants must self-identify as members of traditionally underrepresented groups, specifically targeting candidates from Black, Latino, and Hispanic backgrounds. A similar program, Start Experience, has also been criticized for its exclusionary practices that prioritize applicants from racial backgrounds such as Black or African-American, Hispanic, American Indian, or Alaskan native, among others.
