Part 2/8:
Karp revealed that he kept his dyslexia hidden for many years until he felt comfortable discussing it publicly, approximately seven or eight years ago. Through his experiences, he developed a theory suggesting that dyslexia can lead to what he terms "hyper strength" in certain competencies. He suggested that people with dyslexia often become acutely aware of their limitations, which drives them to focus on their strengths, thus leading to a sort of discipline in their approach to learning and work.
