Part 2/12:
This brings us to an enlightening principle known as wooi, derived from Taoism and eloquently explained by philosopher Alan Watts. Wooi can be translated as “acting without forcing.” It is important to clarify that this should not be equated with passivity or weakness. Instead, wooi represents a profound strength—the ability to act in harmony with the natural flow of life. Imagine a dancer who moves effortlessly with music or a surfer who harmonizes with the waves rather than dominating them.
