Part 18/20:
Black culture, particularly in its musical and artistic dimensions, has become a global phenomenon. From jazz and blues to rap, the influence of African-American cultural expression transcends racial boundaries. Nevertheless, the wholesale degeneration of cultural standards—exemplified by the rise of superficial, materialistic expressions—signifies a broader societal decadence rooted in systemic failures.
The degeneration of social structures has fed into a wider cultural decline, with deviating notions of masculinity, anti-social behaviors, and a breakdown of traditional moral codes prevalent in modern Black communities. The rise of "gangster" culture in rap music amplifies these issues, promoting violent, antisocial, and degenerate behaviors that are all but celebrated.
