The footage obtained by Fox Ten investigator Justin Lum captures a late-night confrontation on October 4th around 1:30 a.m. on Whiskey Row, a popular area in Prescott. The footage shows Judge Pro Tempore Christine Shaff Olson appearing to urinate on a street bench and then sitting on it, visibly intoxicated. Police officers approach her as she dresses herself and re-pockets her pants, prompting officers to engage her for questioning.
