After watching all 8 Episodes of Season 4, I think the series is Ok ish without going into if its accurate to the books, there were some cool fights, it drag for the first 4 episodes with Geralt limping all the time and the cliff hangers were expected, a 6/10 and I would still watch Season 5 to find out how this ends ⭐ ⭐⭐

This is a good question. It can be a contributing factor, but alone is not usually the cause of gastritis. If the stress is extensive, prolonged, or chronic, then it may cause gastritis directly.
