The show's handling of characters and plots has also sparked outrage. Vesemir's death, which in the source material is a seminal and emotionally impactful moment, was mishandled in the series. Instead of a poignant catalyst for growth, his death was devoid of emotion, and the scene was marred by strange character reactions that didn’t align with established storylines.
