Part 2/10:
First and foremost, I want to acknowledge that I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. Their food is excellent, but more than that, the company has cultivated an extraordinary culture. The values exemplified by Truett Cathy and the leadership team serve as a model for many entrepreneurs, including myself. I even know some Chick-fil-A operators personally—highly talented individuals of integrity—who exemplify the best qualities of business leadership.
Despite my admiration for the brand, I believe that the opportunity Chick-fil-A offers doesn’t align with my personal goals or approach to business ownership.
