With their team currently ranking around 7,500th out of approximately 250,000 teams globally, they’ve contributed to a computational capacity exceeding 2.4 exaFlops—more processing power than the world's top 500 supercomputers combined.
Individuals interested in making a difference can install the Folding@home application on their personal computers, join the Freethink team (Team ID: 241543), and contribute to this collective scientific effort. Every participating device adds to the growing pool of computational resources, bringing researchers closer to understanding the virus and discovering potential cures.
