One teacher shares her initial frustrations: the walls of the traditional classroom restricted the breadth of experiences she could share with her students. Recognizing these limitations, she concluded that educational walls should be deconstructed—and sometimes rebuilt—to foster genuine engagement and curiosity. The students, too, find their perspectives broadened, as exemplified by a participant who, after his first day on-site, discovered a passion for construction and emerged as a crew leader capable of instructing peers.
