Inspired by historic models and personal childhood experiences, this system divides students into different houses, encouraging teamwork and competition. Students can earn points through positive interactions—such as supporting peers, keeping the environment clean, and defending classmates against bullying.
This process not only fosters a sense of belonging but significantly reduces discipline issues and increases engagement. The house system culminates in an end-of-semester champion, motivating students to participate actively and strive for excellence.
