From the very beginning, it’s clear that Markle’s attempt at a lifestyle show is a narcissistic exercise in self-praise. Opening with Megan pouring precise amounts of water for sourdough and claiming “stress” as an ingredient, the show immediately sinks into boredom. The music choices, a dated Motown track, seem more a cost-saving measure than a thoughtful soundtrack—yet another sign of Netflix’s desperate attempt to make this flop appealing.
