These report cards are not traditional performance evaluations based on wins or losses; instead, they are subjective surveys filled out by players about their own teams. Players assess their facilities, front offices, coaching staff, ownership, team morale, parking arrangements, and other workplace aspects. The data is gathered to produce an overall score or grade for each organization.
