Part 5/9:
The climax — a showdown in a pizza shop — was anticlimactic and poorly executed, a far cry from the high-stakes battles viewers might expect from a Marvel series. The fight was underwhelming, with the main character, Riri, outmaneuvering her opponents through a series of convenient plot devices.
Character development was another weak point. The protagonist, Riri Williams, was unlikable and lacked the empathy necessary to garner audience sympathy. Supporting characters, including the often-annoying drag queen, failed to evoke any connection or interest. The villains, including the portrayal of Meisto, played by Sasha Baron Cohen, were underutilized.
