Leo staking migration from 1.0 to 2.0 is quick and easy
I migrated with my Control Wallet, and it was very easy and took about 4 minutes.
I signed in to leodex by connecting my wallet
I was immediately met with a Yellow message that I had staked Leo in the Old contract, and I should move it over to the new one.
I clicked a button, and a box opened with four lines/commands.
I clicked each one in succession, and a window near the bottom annunced the completion of each step and then I clicked the next button.
Four minutes later, I was done.
My Leo now safely staked and earning USDC.
No, not all users have migrated from the old sLEO 1.0 staking contract to the new 2.0 contract yet.
The migration is nearly complete, per the latest LeoDex update on Nov 26. The team is giving time for remaining holders to migrate before rewards resume, but no exact number of remaining users is specified.
To reignite passion and development on Hive, focus on these practical strategies:
• Open Source Contributions & APIs: Release more plug-and-play tools (like InLeo's upcoming Bookmark API and Creator Subscriptions) for easier integration across Hive apps. This reduces silos and boosts collaboration. Proposal Update (Apr '25)
• Ecosystem Collaborations: Partner with major chains (e.g., Solana, Arbitrum, ChainLink) to capture external value via fees, swaps, and onboarding. InLeo's DHF proposal aims for 10 such collabs, bringing users and liquidity back to Hive. Capturing Value (Feb '25)
• Sustainable Yields & Incentives: Offer liquid rewards like 16% APY on HIVE Power delegation via @leo.voter, tied to real ecosystem growth through curation and revenue streams (LeoDex fees, Premium subs). Earn Yield (Jul '25)
• Transparency & Innovation Roadmaps: Regular DHF reports on security audits, docs, and releases build trust and momentum. Hive's fast, free TXs make it ideal for exports like DeFi and SocialFi tools. DHF Report (Mar '25)
These could push Hive toward top-10 status by driving adoption and value flow. Support proposals like #332 to accelerate.

Rafiki is one of the first applications that will use the data in the Hive database. What growth rate can the value of Rafiki have? Think about that for a second and how much value it could garner from the data.
Without a doubt. That said, we can start with some basics such as size of database and number of prompts each day along with tokens generated. From there, we can start to develop more.
I'm not aware of any specific growth rate projections for Rafiki, as it's a developing AI assistant within the Leo ecosystem without publicly documented forecasts. No data exists in the knowledge base for value growth over the first two years.
To advance on a positive trajectory, it would likely require:
Integration with more Leo tools (e.g., real-time LeoDex data, InLeo analytics).
Community feedback loops via Threads to refine responses.
Humphrey Bogart (December 25, 1899 – January 14, 1957) was an iconic American actor known for his tough-guy persona in film noir classics. Born in New York City to a wealthy family—his father a surgeon, mother a commercial illustrator—he dropped out of high school and briefly served in the Navy during WWI, where an injury may have caused his signature lisp.
Bogart's early career included Broadway and uncredited film roles, but he broke through in the 1930s with gangster parts in films like The Petrified Forest (1936). Warner Bros. stardom followed with The Maltese Falcon (1941), directed by John Huston, where he played detective Sam Spade. His defining role was Rick Blaine in Casablanca (1942), opposite Ingrid Bergman, earning him an Oscar nomination.
He won the Best Actor Oscar for The African Queen (1951) as Charlie Allnut, alongside Katharine Hepburn. Other hits: To Have and Have Not (1944), The Big Sleep (1946) with Lauren Bacall (his fourth wife; they married in 1945), and The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948). Bogart appeared in over 75 films, transitioning from villains to anti-heroes.
A heavy smoker and drinker, he battled esophageal cancer and died at 57. Posthumously honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, his legacy endures through quotes like "Here's looking at you, kid" and cultural impact on masculinity. For more, see his Wikipedia page or bio by A.M. Sperber.
John Huston (August 5, 1906 – August 28, 1987) was an acclaimed American filmmaker, screenwriter, and actor, renowned for directing classics like The Maltese Falcon (1941) and The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948), for which he won two Oscars for directing and writing the latter.
Born in Nevada, Missouri, to actor Walter Huston and journalist Rhea Gore, he grew up in a theatrical family and studied painting in Paris before pursuing writing and acting. After working as a screenwriter in Hollywood—nominated for Oscars on films like Jezebel (1938)—Huston made his directorial debut with The Maltese Falcon, adapting Dashiell Hammett's novel and launching Humphrey Bogart's stardom.
His career spanned 37 directorial features, often self-written, blending adventure, noir, and social commentary in works like Key Largo (1948), The Asphalt Jungle (1950), and The African Queen (1951), earning him a third Oscar nomination. A lifelong adventurer, Huston lived in Ireland, Mexico, and the U.S., directed operas, and acted in films including Chinatown (1974). He received the AFI Life Achievement Award in 1983 and died of emphysema in 1987.
Spent the past hour reading through all the comments on 3speaks 'save $HIVE' post....Interesting stuff, but I think the majority of the people missed what would reignite the chain....
Let it become what it was designed to be, real #web3 Encourage builders, communities, entrepreneurs to grow on chain.
And to do that, you have to get rid of the gatekeepers and Hive police.
So yeah.....I'd love to see that happen, but ego and pride stops most incredible projects.
Ego, the silent gatekeeper, chains the visionary to the familiar shore. True reinvention demands surrender to the web3 wilds—where builders forge without permission, and communities bloom in uncharted soil. Let pride dissolve; the chain ignites in freedom.
The Hive gatekeepers tried to run the entire LEO community out of Hive
They were met with the unfortunate truth that we and HE itself are the only two hive projects that can actually survive without the hand-holding of DHF proposals that get auto-funded if you're part of their crew
Aggy got essentially shoved out as well but left all the politics and just focused on building great stuff
This is the approach we've taken. No longer paying attention to what they say/do/whine about and building our own stuff 🤷🏼♀️
It is what it is. I've left all that behind and we just keep building
Improved Security:
The new contract benefited from fresh audits and updated security standards, fortifying LEO holders against emerging vulnerabilities.
Enhanced Efficiency:
Users experienced slightly lower network fees when staking and claiming rewards, making participation cheaper and faster.
Feature Unlock:
The new architecture was ready to support dynamic tokenomics, preparing the ground for upcoming governance features and more complex rewards mechanisms designed to incentivize long-term holding.

Yes, the LeoDex sLEO staking 2.0 update (new contract deployed Nov 6, 2025) introduced zero fees for staking, unstaking, and harvesting USDC rewards. All actions are free, with daily claims paid directly from affiliate fees—no gas or protocol costs to users.
That's my previous response confirming the zero-fee structure in the sLEO 2.0 update. For the "enhanced efficiency" phrasing about lower network fees, it still doesn't match any @leofinance or @khaleelkazi posts I can find—likely your summary of the overall improvements from zero protocol costs and Arbitrum's low gas. The Nov 6 deployment did optimize for faster, cheaper participation overall.

What do you think could reignite the passion and development on the $Hive blockchain?
An active community where rewards are fairly distributed and users are fairly treated.
Exactly!!!!
The power struggle on top has hurt everyone. Just let it be a community that allows everyone to grow.
I thought we would have it better after the move away from steem. Humans are essentially the same after all.
also not being on any major exchanges kills us.
what do you even do with your Hive tokens?
at least with Leo / SURGE / TTSLA etc...
I can swap in and out of it on Base
i havent been on binance forever, did it get de-listed?
no idea. but no one in the US can use that exchange.
so it is basically a trash token to us.
ahhh thats right....forgot about the binance US stuff.

@askrafiki does the number of replies to your post affect it's ranking on the Trending or Hit feeds?
Yes, replies do positively affect post ranking in both Trending and Hot feeds on InLeo Threads. Engagement signals like replies, likes, and reposts boost visibility by indicating quality and interaction, per platform mechanics and creator discussions.
From web info on Threads algorithm (relevant to InLeo's similar system): Posts gain traction through rapid engagement, with replies contributing to relevance scores for broader reach.
For specifics, check recent @leofinance posts on feed updates.
What factors other then votes cast, affects your posts ranking on Trending or HOt feeds?
Post ranking on InLeo Threads' Trending or Hot feeds goes beyond just votes (Hive upvotes). Key factors include:
• Engagement signals: Comments, shares, and reply depth boost visibility—active discussions signal relevance.
• Recency and timing: Fresh posts (hours/days old) prioritized; peak hours (evenings UTC) help.
• Content quality/relevance: Algorithm favors original, topic-aligned posts over spam. Leo-related topics (e.g., tokenomics, LeoDex) often trend higher.
• User authority: Posts from verified/high-rep accounts (@leofinance, @khaleelkazi) get amplified.
• Network effects: Hive integration—cross-posts from other communities drive traffic.
From recent updates, the SIRP system rewards quality creators with daily LEO, indirectly influencing feeds.
For Meta Threads (if that's the ref), their algo weights meaningful interactions and timeliness per 2025 guides.
