According to Paladino, around midnight, approximately 100 individuals descended upon the neighborhood, causing widespread havoc. The scene she described was one of significant disorder, with residents witnessing the aftermath of their disturbances firsthand. Paladino pointed out the visible skid marks on the streets, evidence of reckless driving and panicked fleeing. Most distressingly, she reported that a car was deliberately set on fire, a clear act of violence and terror aimed at unsettling the community.
