Part 2/7:
To begin our culinary journey, we start by gathering our main ingredients. For the chicken filling, three boneless, skinless chicken thighs are finely diced, ensuring maximum flavor. The chicken is marinated in a mild jerk seasoning mixed with a drizzle of oil, imparting a delicious Caribbean flair to the dish.
Next, we need to prepare the lasagna noodles. Boiling about ten lasagna noodles in seasoned water helps achieve the perfect al dente texture. It’s important not to overcook them since they will bake further in the oven. After boiling for approximately 7 to 10 minutes, set the noodles aside while we move onto the Rasta mixture.
