It is a very good habit, but perhaps I can recommend looking for a technique to perfect that habit. Example: from 8 to 9 in the morning I will read and from 9 to 10 I will make the post about my readings. Trello helps me a lot, it is a tool that has helped me to establish healthy habits. Thanks for sharing, it has been an inspiring read.
