RE: A book or a dress? I wonder if I made the right choice

I am not sure what Christianity says about giving. However, I know it would have some good wisdom.

In Islam, there is an intense insistence on giving. It is like one who gives is a friend to God, and God has promised to increase the wealth 10 times of what we give. That's about religion and faith. But let me tell you something from my life, iska. There was a time when there was very little in my hand. I couldn't think of giving rather keep it safe. However, I gave a portion of it to a needy and then there were ways to earn more. Though I had a little, but my hands were never empty. I think I have been working on these three steps. They are worth following and giving is indeed important.

I am glad to reach this post via @dreemport, else I would have missed it

Christinaity encourages us to be givers more than receivers. And the scripture tells us that those who give will always receive more, it smis described in this manner, "pressed down, shaken together, shall men give to your Bossom"

Yes, the part where you gave even when you had little has been described in this book(I have Started reading it already) and Ellie Kay did mention there is no way we can lack if we are givers.

And here you are affirming her words. Now, I am learning from two different experiences, yours and hers.

Thanks alot for sharing your testimony with me ma'am. I appreciate you 💞💞

there is no way we can lack if we are givers.

Your post reminded me of several instances. I will write about them soon, may God willing
