A token can be linked to anything - exchanges , games , casinos etc . BEE is the token of Hive-engine. There is no way to earn it unless you are a witness I guess. You just have to buy them .

looks like I have a ton of things to learn still
Impossible to know all that is going on.
We are seeing so much being added to hive, let alone the entire crypto sphere, that it is mindblowing.
