Make original content, every time, don't spam, and move on.
At some point they will look bad for flagging original content and go away on their own.
As long as all you are getting is dust votes, ignore them.
Anybody that has been here any length of time at all knows the score on those downvotes, as anybody on web2 knows their value.
Nobody cares about the downvotes there.
