You're right about the pepper sauce. PIt's a popular condiment for preparing many Nigerian dishes like soups, tomato stew, sauce, pepper soups, barbecue fish or beef etc. It's actually popular among the Youruba tribe cos they love pepper.

Then Achị - a thickener
Spinach leaf.
Scent leaf
Curry leaf
Achara - edible elephant grass (for cooking soup - popular with the Ngwá and Umuahia in Abia State.
Nsisa or Abacha - African salad.
