Aiming for the best, prepare for the worst

I mentioned that I didn't recharge my prepaid card on time and my number is being cancelled, which making me not able to received the SMS verification code to withdraw my crypto, well, I already prepare for the worst on the situation which is I need to suffer total lost on that account (Approximately US$ 448).

I tried to contact their online support to see if it is possible to update my number so I can receive the SMS code to withdraw, I have been struggling for days but seems the problem is not fixed yet, they told me all the information is verified and it is going to take 7-21 business day to update my phone number 2 days ago.

And today I received another email from their online support telling me that I still need to tell them when did I register my account on their platform, date need to precisely to the YY/MM, how can I tell such detail information, I simply register the account by my old number and I didn't connect this account to my mail box, therefore I can't really answer their question. So I don't know if I can make it to change my number on their platform now.

Anyway, I already prepare for the worst but I should meanwhile aiming for the best, what about I can change my number there? I remember I still got some USDT on the platform out there, the markets are dipping quite a lot during the Russia-Ukraine crisis, why don't I buy some major crypto at low then? Therefore I spent my USDT to buy some BTC last night, and I notice that the market is rebounding today.

It's not too bad even though I cannot withdraw my coins at the moment, but I might finally fix this issue later on.
