This is a great plan and I must confess that a big chunk of my investments was in projects early spoken on LEO Finance site or in the weekly AMA. Coming with such insight and information for all the members from here should show them the value of it and can become a "service" in itself. I too have some projects that I've found about in incipient phases and could become good investments in time.
