So before we get into today's conversation, I'd love for you to tell me a little bit about you, your background, and how you got interested in studying issues of bank regulation and financial stability. Yeah, so really cut my teeth on the global financial crisis working afterwards in capital management, and then moved over to the Yale Program on Financial Stability, where I am now inside the Yale School of Management.
