I don't really sweat it. Just trying to understand myself better. I know enough that there's not a single person that doesn't have issues and just some people's issues are a lot more obvious
Trying to understand yourself better is always a good decision - especially if it opens the door for support in developing the skills how you deal with the cards you have been given.

ASS is a scale ;) we all fit somewhere between 0 and 100% just know that a diagnose doesn’t change who you are! Which is a very nice guy.
