In my area, buying an apartment with single room to 2 rooms and about 20-30m2 will cost 150,000-200,000 €.
3-4 rooms and it gets to €300-400k.

man, I'm seriously in disbelief after hearing cost of houses.
Insanely high.. must be hard to own a house there.
How's the #rent then?
This is very close to downtown, so yeah, owning will definitely cost big €.
Rents sky high as well, I'm paying 870€/month...
870€/month... that's like I can live 2 years with ease in my country..
But sadly we have too low wages.
Too justify such High rent.. I'm sure they pay good wages.
Yeah, I guess the wages go hand in hand with rents in most countries or at least they should. Still, it's a bit too much. There's a lot of things affecting to that, in my case I have excellent public transportation connections for example.
