I keep seeing reports from Etsy sellers who've been scammed and then hit with charges through Revolut, and the lack of customer service access in many Asian countries makes me uneasy. Honestly, sellers are struggling with this. There's so little positive feedback about Revolut for online sellers, and Reddit's full of similar cautionary stories, involving Etsy, Vinted, etc. Part of me wants to give it a chance, but another part feels wary.

I am not aware of this and there must be another reason why the extra charges. I have only good things to say thus far and it has been brilliant.
According to Which? Revolut has recorded the highest number of fraud and scam complaints escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Services, which I believe is in the UK, every single year since 2023. Maybe they are a great bank offline, but once you've been scammed or defrauded your money is less likely to be refunded is all I'm saying.
I understand that point of view and maybe they have sorted themselves out now. I have had two flagged transactions which were blocked and it was my wife so these were unblocked.
