Getting old doesn't sound fun. That is one reason why I workout regularly. Trying to stay fit as long as possible.

I do a fair bit of walking at work, but I need to get out of the grief, then start getting more active.

I new that years ago. I use to be grumpy as a child, my father would make me do manual labour. Then 10 minutes later he would laugh at me because I would me smilling.
