Sunday Instacart Reset, Thanksgiving Week Did Not Hit Like I Expected

in LeoFinance3 days ago (edited)

Every holiday week hits different. Sometimes the app is on fire. Sometimes it feels like you are hidden from the algorithm. This Thanksgiving week landed right in the middle. Not terrible. Not a blowout. Just steady work all the way through.

I honestly expected chaos the pre Thanksgiving rush, the post holiday restock orders, people grabbing last minute everything. But either LA stayed calmer than usual or Instacart just did not feed me the premium batches this round.

Now it is Sunday morning. It is 10 AM. Coffee in hand. And here is exactly where the numbers landed.

⭐ Weekly Summary (Nov 24 to Nov 30)

Total earned:
$999.49

Breakdown:
Batch pay: $502.69
Tips: $496.80
Batches completed: 53
Active hours: 29 hours 13 minutes

This week was perfectly balanced, half batch pay and half tips. That is unusual for a holiday week. Tips kept things steady but never really exploded the way Thanksgiving normally does.

📅 Daily Earnings

Mon: $191.80
Tue: $211.30
Wed: $195.37
Thu: $117.28
Fri: $171.01
Sat: $89.24
Sun: $23.49 (as of 10 AM)

Even with the slower patches it was a clean grind. No big surges. No heavy promos. Just consistent batches and fast turnaround.

⚙️ Prop 22 Outlook

Last week Proposition 22 came through strong. It plugged the slow days and kept my weekly floor higher than expected.

My goal for this week is simple.
I want to stay above 300 guaranteed earnings for the adjustment.
If I stay above that number the system pays out the difference.
If I fall under it, I lose that boost.

So today I am staying locked in. Even if Sunday is slow. Even if LA is not offering premium batches yet. Sometimes it is not about chasing the lottery batch. It is about hitting the weekly floor.

Prop 22 rewards discipline.
It rewards structure.
And it stacks week after week.

📌 Final Thoughts

Thanksgiving week reminded me of something simple. Instacart is a timing game. Sometimes the wave is yours. Sometimes another shopper catches it. You cannot control that.

What you control is your hours your pace your discipline.
I ran 53 batches in under 30 hours. That alone tells me the rhythm was strong even when payouts were lighter.

Now the goal is to finish this Sunday, hit the 300 mark early in the week, and lock in another solid Prop 22 adjustment.

Steady. Structured. Consistent.
That is how you build real earnings.

From 10 AM to 12:33 PM and I already jumped to $99.40. Instacart is moving today. If this pace keeps up, I’m staring at a $300 day easy. Momentum is real efficiency, timing, and staying active. Let’s keep pushing. 🚀📦
