If it really shouldn't go through I can maybe write a bug report and make 10 LEO that way :D. Who do you think I should contact about this. Directly @leofinance ?

yeah I will do that after the lunch break. It seems for small sums you are right: The Leo does not leave my wallet if the account does not exist
