I feel as though the constraints of this system (read in community governance, and public commons) don't fit into your strict world view. IF this place wasn't voluntary and these constraints were being imposed upon me involuntarily, I might feel similarly. But participation is voluntary, and you are subject to community governance. Is he known for voting up his own comments before payouts on many occasions, yes.
Is he known for getting a lot of autovote on a constant basis and on a consistent occasion making the most out of them, on top of vote trading (always same people who vote him get a vote back from him, not much on newbies, or delegating/trailing curation trails to give back to others in the community), yes.
Is it plausible that a person who has done all this and continues to do this also started another alt to get more than the consistent one post per day for a higher post reward ROI than the majority of other accounts on Hive? PROBABLY?
