So when we get RC delegations doesn't this mean that accounts like @giftgiver could give out the same amount of RC = The HP its given out now right?
But with the benefit of being able to gain more Hive quickly since they hold on to their HP thrust giving them more RC quickly.

It will likely be the same process. The difference is that when one delegates HP, he or she (or it) loses the VP that goes with it. That ends up in the hands of the one delegated to.
With RC delegation, the RC "power" is given to the new account but there is no increase in voting power. That only comes from having control of the HP.

Hmm, thats true.
Properly going to be the same as before then.
Except there will likely be a willingness to delegate unused RC. No point in keeping it.
The same might not be true for HP.
