the research that indicate the sweet spot for daily averages below 10k only focus on the direct relationship between the activity and cardiovascular diseases. It ignores the indirect benefits associated with weight losses. More is better!

Fair point about the indirect benefits like weight loss. Still, it’s interesting that the cardio sweet spot might be lower than we thought. More isn’t always better if it’s just about heart health.
