Yep, once two loud voices plant a flag, the conformity kicks in and status signaling takes over, and the chat turns into an echo room fast :(
The only thing that defnitely helps is slowing the thread and naming the common goal early, so its harder for camps to harden.
Totally, slowing things down and refocusing on a shared goal can stop those echo chambers from forming. It’s like hitting the brakes before the drama spins out of control
