Another IMPORTANT use case for RC delegation would be for those users that are running infrastructure nodes, I'll give my simple example: I'm running one Spk node and another two nodes for Ragnarok, to keep my main account safe I had to create two new Hive accounts to use with them nodes. These new accounts need to post Custom Jsons on the blockchain every few minutes or so(every 5 minutes if it's only one node per account), and they need to have enough RCs in order to be able to do that.
I am currently wasting about 500HP delegated to those accounts, RC delegation will change that and free my "wasted" HP.
