German is complicated, we said this before, but it can get even more complicated with the word "heiΓen" ...
Ich heiΓe Johann = I am Johann, my name is Johann
Ich heiΓe dich willkommen = I welcome you
Ich heiΓe dich deine Arbeit zu machen = I tell you to do your Work
So...
Du kannst mich alles heiΓen, aber nicht arbeiten = you can call me anything, but not working

Looks a bit like a madhouse that the word "heiben" with the fancy "B". So many different meanings.
But I know that some English words also have multiple meanings.
Crane: the bird is a Crane; they had to get a Crane to lift the object; she had to Crane her neck.
Break: I will break a leg, means physical; or I will take a tea break (Non physical)
These are only two of many that I can think of right now!
The closest that I can come to a meaning here is that "You can call me anything, it does not matter"???
By the way, I think that we have a few German doctors here hahaha.
