Jordan Peterson suggests in situations like this that you find a way to document that you were the one that handled the work so that you can defend yourself with time stamps.
I think employers are looking for ways to capitalize as much as they can for whatever laxity to hold them accountable. People love cheap labour and if you give them the chance they will take it over and over again.
There is no issue with the work done, nor the documentation. One of the benefits of working where I do :)
