Strategic swaps are when you nominate your friend or your project account, and then your friend or your project account sends the same amount and nominates you. This yields 2 units per HIVE spent for both parties involved.
Since some level of abuse is monitored for and can be grounds for losing your balance, this technique is not recommended if you just plan to spam. But if you are a real growing account, project or person, this is a great way to get double juice out of HIVE SBI!

Not a bother at all. I'm fine with strategic swaps as long as they're for genuine accounts with decent content. If an account is brought up for review because of quality issues, then the presence of strategic swaps may help the scales balance toward 'abusive' instead of 'needs mentored'.
