Or was there an abuse exploited back in Steem days that devs wouldn't want this route anymore? Maybe that can enlighten us
I realized something so NVM.
My suggestion sucks and might be abused with multiple accounts.
Basically just have a lot of owned LP and HP. vote using account1 -> delegate to account2 to vote -> undelegate -> delegate account3 to vote
