RE: First leo.finance post / the start of my new portfolio / 10k dream

Hey, I'm also a long term hodler here :)

Regarding LEO, the liquidity is still very thin and if you try to sell huge amounts at market rates the slippage will kill most your profits (if not all of them). if you decide to go into it I recommend 'being sure' about the decision. If you go in now, going out (fast) later is hard.

On the other hand, there's a lot of potential profits on the table. From my own experience, I started accumulating huge amounts at 0,035 HIVE/LEO. Now it's at 0,14 and remains stable (previous peak of 0,25-0,3).

The project still needs users, traction and activity overall but has been delivering so far. IMHO it's the most successful HE token until date.

If possible, I always recommend a 'mixed' position. Purchase/Withdraw huge amounts of LEO is hard, but you can also delegate some of your hive to @leo.voter and you'll receive a daily flow of LEO equaling to ~16%APR, it's another option to consider.

You could delegate 2500HP to leo.voter and you would be receiving ~7,5 daily LEO at current rates.

Also, if you post from the leo interface ( https://leofinance.io/ ) you'll receive more LEO upvotes (including mine ;) )

Cheers!

Indeed. I won't be selling any large amounts anytime soon. I would rather hold and lock coins up and try to build something. Thanks for all the info though, I will look into leo.voter and see how all that works. It's nice to meet you
