I definitely think you should blog 'more seriously' as you put it. Your articles are better than the average blogger here on hive and most of them are worth the read. That is to us anyways.
I reckon it is a lot easier to preach to the masses outside than get people interested in your blog here on hive, so you're not doing badly at all considering your traffic. Then again, you hold a large stake so that probably helps too.
I think this kind of goes to show that the outward facing dapps like Splinterlands (gaming) and LeoFinance (investing) have a much higher chance of drawing in new users, as these are platforms that aren't constantly preaching to the choir.
I realized this too as at when I started blogging consistently again. Not big on games so don't know much about splinterlands, but Leofinance in my opinion has a bigger potential to reach outsiders than hive with all its offerings and its community
