This sounds like a really dope park but I'm sure it needs one hell of a budget hehe! Wish we had something like that in Greece,most cities don't even have a skatepark!
This one I skate here is DIY, skaters built it at an abandoned building
Looks like it's going to be fun too. Sometimes, you gotta do it yourself.
In skateboarding it's most of the times but that's why it's a beautiful culture hehe! The community is one of a kind!
