Yeah it is coming. Few are seeing it at this time but it is there. When I started talking about it a few years ago, people thought I was out of my mind.
Now, a few less think that although it still seems there is a large group that does.

The group is definitely expanding! People are changing their behaviors accordingly and beginning to understand that collaboration over competition is the way to go!
