Every day is Power Up Day for me. I even picked up 30 HP in the last 24 hours between the HEL and killing the delegation to my D.Buzz account.

How much HP do you need for it? I think I needed like 500 HP to do 100 comments a day so you might need like 5k HP.

Hiveblocks shows 100+ even if you have 100K HP. So I am not sure how much you need? But 5K seems like a good guess.

I've been at the extreme end of commenting, and posting has been light. For a while I'll need to be at the extreme end of posting to pick up HP faster. After that I can find the right balance for me.
