This is the reason why I stop looking at the markets when they are red. Shouldn't lose focus because of temporary swings.

When you HODL, red and green are just colors on a screen or in print. After the right amount of time has passed, market price won't matter because it will be up at the end.

For now, I do that with small purchases of BTC. Eventually I will expland that to ETH and other cryptos.
