Competitors of Ethereum are growing in numbers and their numbers are growing. But I think ETH will remain the centerpiece of all the DeFi. Everything out there bridges to this chain.

I totally agree with you on this. It was through ethereum that the idea of Defi projects came up. So fat ethereum has been improved and it will always remain in the top two crypto

It's what I like to see the mentality of my blockchain is better and can do everything needs to go out the window. Instead multipul blockchains working together and each being a little better at something is going to be the path forward.

I like to see the "other" bar growing in size for that exact reason. There is room for many projects in this universe and as long as they are actually contributing to the crypto world, I say bring it!

Those are some nice charts. It looks like ETH was exploding upwards quite well but it's starting to lose out more of the pie to the lower fee chains.
